Harley-Davidson X440India's motorcycle festival season runs over three weekends this year, and all three are now open or dated. Royal Enfield Motoverse is on 27, 28 and 29 November at HillTop, Vagator, in Goa. India Bike Week returns to Panchgani in Maharashtra on 4 and 5 December. TVS MotoSoul 6.0 is in Goa on 11 and 12 December.
The pass money, as things stand: Motoverse early bird registration is ₹2,599 per person, India Bike Week day passes are listed at ₹2,199 and weekend passes at ₹2,999, with a Platinum pass at ₹8,000. MotoSoul dates are confirmed but Autocar India's report carries no registration price, so treat that one as not yet priced.
Motoverse: book early, go in a group
Royal Enfield's festival page sells a three day pass that covers access to the whole site plus a welcome kit, with add-on experiences to be announced later. Registration is through Skillbox using your mobile number.
Autocar India reports the early bird price at ₹2,599 per person, with a ₹500 discount per ticket for a group of five and a ₹2,000 discount for a group of ten. If you ride with a club, that is the single biggest saving available, so collect names before you book individually. Royal Enfield's own page says prices go up as the event gets closer.
What the ticket buys you is the activity list, not just the concerts: Dirt Track, Moto Polo, Maut Ka Kuan, Slide School, Drift School and Trail School, group rides around Goa, a marketplace with more than 100 brands, and test rides across the Royal Enfield range including the Flying Flea. Autocar India says the 2025 edition drew over 40,000 visitors across three days, with 60 per cent of them first timers, so queues for the schools and test rides are the real constraint. Turn up at the gate when it opens, not after lunch.
India Bike Week: the pass ladder and the campsite
IBW's 13th edition moves into a venue 50 per cent larger than last year's, with four racetracks and a prize pool of up to ₹12 lakh, a stunt arena, and a custom build competition whose prize is a Harley-Davidson X440T.
Early bird sales opened on 12 September capped at 3,000 buyers, at ₹1,999 for a day pass, ₹2,799 for a weekend pass and ₹7,000 for Platinum. Those are gone from the current list. The registration page now shows ₹2,199 for a day pass, ₹2,999 for a weekend pass with a ₹200 food and beverage voucher, and ₹8,000 for Platinum with lounge access, drinks, a merchandise discount and parking.

Two options are worth knowing if you ride in a pack. Bulk booking for groups of 5 to 15 is ₹2,799 per person with a ₹200 food and beverage voucher. Club booking, for a minimum of 25 riders, is ₹2,699 per person with a ₹250 voucher and a dedicated tent in the Club Village.
Accommodation is separate from the pass. The festival campsite offers places close to the venue with cliffside views, SUV camper spaces and permanent toilet facilities, but the registration page we checked listed no campsite rate, so budget for it on top and book it directly. Organised rides leave from six cities, Bengaluru, Kochi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and Ahmedabad, which is the cheap way to make the ride part of the event.
What to budget beyond the pass
Panchgani is roughly 4 hours from Mumbai and 2.5 hours from Pune by the organiser's own reckoning, and Vagator is a long haul from anywhere inland, so fuel, a night on the road and a bed near the venue will usually cost more than the ticket. December mornings on the Panchgani plateau are cold, with the organiser promising a 12 degree sunrise, so pack a liner and gloves you can actually ride in at dawn.
