My diesel wants a 20 minute highway run every week. How do you fit that into a city week?

Most of my AX7 L diesel AT's week is school runs, market trips and 20 kmph crawling. That is exactly the diet a DPF hates, and I have been thinking about it more as the car gets older.

Went reading up properly and this explainer on Mahindra diesels and DPF regen says automatic regeneration wants roughly 60 to 80 kmph for 20 to 30 minutes, and that soot stacks up quickly in stop and go running. On Team-BHP's DPF threads the recurring theme is the same, short city runs, and owners there say the warnings show up more on the MT than the AT.

So my habit is a deliberate early morning highway loop once a week, warning or no warning, before the traffic builds.

If your city has no clean 25 minute stretch, what do you actually do? And has anyone here had the park regen prompt come up in normal use?
