Hardtop seals after the monsoon: has water found a way into anyone's Thar?

The rain has finally backed off in my part of the country, so the Thar gets my usual post monsoon ritual: hose over the roof line, head inside, torch pointed at the B pillar and the rear quarter, waiting for a drip. Habit of hardtop life more than paranoia.
What got me thinking about it again was an owner review over on CarBlogIndia, where the rubber fitting on the roof had worked itself loose. His cabin was still dry, but he called it a leak waiting to happen, and I agree. The same review flags a pull to the left that survived an alignment, which deserves its own thread.
So, Thar Tribe, I want the real picture. Anyone here actually caught water inside? Did the service centre reseal it under warranty, or did you end up with a sealant gun on a Sunday morning? Rather learn from your roof than from mine.
