Kia pulled in 4,358 Seltos IVT cars in 2023. How do you check if your own car has an open campaign?

Recall notices in India mostly reach us as a phone call from the dealer, and that is where my nerdy side starts twitching.
The one I went and read about on Autocar India was the 2023 campaign: 4,358 Seltos 1.5 petrol IVT cars called back over a possible fault in the electronic oil pump controller, with Kia saying it would contact affected owners and change the part. Mine is the turbo DCT, different gearbox, different build window, so I was never on that list. Fine, except I only know that because I searched for it rather than because anyone told me.
What I still cannot find is an India page where I type my chassis number and see open campaigns on my car. Kia's India recall information page exists, but it is not a VIN lookup.
So tell me: has Kia ever called you for a recall or a free service campaign, and did the advisor write it on the invoice? If someone has found a working way to check a VIN here, drop it and I will keep it at the top of the club.
