Sunroof drains after a Hyderabad monsoon: does your Kia service advisor actually clear them, or do you have to ask?

The rains have mostly cleared here, and the thing on my mind is the four little drain tubes at the corners of the sunroof tray rather than anything under the bonnet.
I was reading this sunroof maintenance guide and it calls blocked drains the single biggest cause of sunroof leaks, with the water backing up into the headliner or running down behind the door panels instead of out. It suggests a proper clean every 12 months or 15,000 km, and sooner if you park under trees, which in most Hyderabad apartment blocks is exactly where we park.
So, honest question to the GTX and X-Line owners here. When you hand the car over for periodic service, does the advisor clear those drains without being told, or does it only happen if you write it on the job card? The guide puts a basic drain check at roughly ₹300 to ₹600, which feels cheap against a soaked carpet.
Also curious whether anyone does the pour a cup of water test themselves.
