450X to Apex upgrade, worth it or just FOMO?

Been riding my 450X mostly in Eco for early morning runs and range is fine. But saw a thread on Team-BHP where a 450X owner said he barely gets 85 to 90 km in real use if he pushes speed. Now Apex promises more punch but people say Warp+ range drops even lower than X. For someone who does occasional off road trails and carries camera gear, is the extra torque actually useful or just exciting on paper. Anyone who switched, did your daily charging routine change much, more frequent top ups or same as before.
