Punch iCNG or Exter CNG: which one would you actually tell your cousin to buy?

I keep going back and forth on this one, so let me put it to the group. If a cousin here in Chennai had the money ready and asked me to choose between our Punch iCNG and the Exter CNG, I am not certain I would say Punch on reflex.

Autocar ran the two back to back and the Exter came out ahead on their city figure while the Punch took it back on the highway run (their comparison is here). That lines up with how I actually use mine. Most of my running is ECR and the OMR stretch rather than crawling through Mylapore, so the highway side of the sheet matters more to me.

The thing I would not swap is that 210 litre boot over the twin cylinders. One caution though: that test predates the facelift that made six airbags standard across the Punch range, so the safety column reads very differently now.
