Two consumer court orders against Ola, and the one fault in them I want us to check

Sat down properly with our club story on the Kurnool and Kasaragod orders this morning: Ola owners win refunds in consumer court.
Short version of what I read. In Kasaragod a Gen 2 owner reported a rear shock absorber that kept failing and a battery that would shut off once charge dropped below a certain level, and because Ola did not reply to the notice the commission decided it ex parte and ordered a refund with compensation. Kurnool is a different animal, a Roadster X Plus where full payment went in and delivery did not follow, and the commission held that an "indicative delivery date" cannot justify holding a buyer's money indefinitely. No official Ola statement on either that I could find.
The low charge cutoff is the one that interests me, because that could touch any of us. Seen it? Give me year, variant, kilometres, and what the service centre actually wrote on your job card. Going straight into the club list.
