The fixed pack is the one thing I cannot change about my Jet Black Pro, and I keep going back and forth on whether it bothers me.
The case for removable is very Indian. Third floor, no socket in the parking, watchman says no cables down the stairwell. A Vida VX2 owner just carries the packs up and charges next to the fridge. This zigwheels comparison lists removable battery as yes for the VX2 and not available for our S1 Pro, with the VX2 claiming about 93 km against the Pro's 176 km.
The case for staying fixed: nothing to lug up two flights, nothing to misplace, no extra connector sitting out in monsoon, and more usable capacity in the same floor space. Both range numbers are lab claims, so read them that way.
So vote in the replies. Same price, removable pack Pro or the one we have? Mention where you park at night, I suspect that decides it more than any spec.
