Does the S1 Pro motor warranty actually cover power derating?

Was reading this breakdown of Ola's warranty tiers and it says the motor and other non battery parts get 3 years or 40000 km cover, separate from the battery warranty. Fine for outright failure, but what about gradual power loss, like top speed or acceleration dropping a bit after a Pune summer or two. Is that even a warranty event or does Ola just call it normal wear. Anyone here crossed 20-25k km and noticed the motor feel different, slower pickup, more heat on long highway runs? Want to know before I plan my next service visit.
