Charging flap stuck on your Nexon EV? Let's compare notes

I just went through our club's piece on the charging flap getting stuck and it matches what I keep seeing in owner threads too. The flap and its actuator sit right near the rear wheel well, so monsoon mud and road grime collect on the pin and it stops releasing on command. Owners on Team-BHP describe the same fix: hose down the underbody, or reach in and manually pull the pin, and if it keeps happening the actuator gets swapped at the service centre, with some getting it done under warranty.
Mine's a Long Range 45 kWh and touch wood the flap has behaved so far, but I charge at home mostly and don't drive through much slush. Has this happened on yours? Tell me your year, variant and odometer reading, and what your service advisor actually said when you raised it.
