Daily charging ceiling: do you stop the Nexon at 80% or let it fill up every night?

My home routine is lazy by design. Plug the 45 kWh in at night on the socket, come down in the morning, drive. But I keep going back and forth on where the ceiling should sit, so I went looking at what is actually written down.

One Nexon charging guide is blunt about it and says to set the daily ceiling to 80%, calling that one habit the thing that keeps the pack healthier for longer. Then you read owners answering the same question and they say full charges suit this pack fine, and that the app itself nudges you to fill up regularly.

Both cannot be the everyday answer, so I want the club's lived version. Do you hold at 80 on weekdays and only go to full before a long run, or just let it finish? And do you set the limit in the app or simply unplug when you walk past?
