Air filter and valve clearance: the 10,000 km pair nobody talks about

Everyone in this club talks oil change and chain lube, but the air filter element and the valve clearance check quietly come due together too. I was going through a maintenance schedule breakdown at motormanage.app/maintenance-schedules/royal-enfield-classic-350 and it lines both up at 10,000 km, with the element also wanting a clean at every 5,000 km visit in between.
On my Chrome Red I ride through Fort Kochi dust and the odd monsoon puddle, so I lean toward cleaning the filter early rather than waiting for the exact number. Valve clearance is the sneaky one since Royal Enfield doesn't print the actual spec in the owner's manual, so it's really a job to flag for your mechanic and let the workshop manual guide the numbers, not something to eyeball yourself.
Anyone had their valve clearance actually adjusted at a service, or has it only ever come back as checked and fine?
