Bhandardara run on the Classic, worth it this weekend?

Thinking of doing Mumbai to Bhandardara on the Classic this weekend, taking the Kasara ghat NH160 route via Ghoti. Read on milemarked that the last stretch after the Ghoti turn is pretty cratered, so wondering if that beats up the stock suspension and tyres more than the ghat itself. Anyone done this run recently, how's the road actually, and is November a decent time weather wise or should I wait. Also what should I get checked before a 300 plus km day, chain and tyre pressure enough or more to it.

Pranav, for a 300 plus km day I'd add fork oil check and spoke tension on top of chain and pressure, stock suspension on the Classic is on the softer side so cratered roads will show up there first. Are you running stock MRF tyres or did you swap, curious how that stretch would feel on stock rubber.
