Brezza stock tyres: anyone crossed 50k km yet?

Saw an article saying Brezza tyres are good for 40,000 to 50,000 km and a full set of four runs about 26k if you go MRF or Apollo again. My Brezza is nowhere near that yet but I keep hearing mixed things, some guys saying rear wears out way earlier if you load the boot a lot on weekend trips. Is that actually true or depends more on alignment and pressure checks. Anyone running stock tyres past 50k, did you get there or did you end up changing sooner because of uneven wear.
